Audio Self Help Products Give You Great Flexibility of Learning, But Are You Giving Them an Adequate Go?

Posted by admin on 2nd, 2009

Audio Self Help products give you great flexibility to work at your own pace and in the privacy of your own home.  But, are you using them the right way, to your best advantage?

I’m going to be brutally honest here, and put the spotlight on a few home truths…  Let me do that by posing some key questions for you to consider…

Do you start a program and then don’t go through it and apply it diligently to completion?

Do you buy the product and then download it only after a few days?  Or download it, and then let it sit there on your computer, without going back to it for several days, or weeks, or even longer?

Are you a “Self Help product junkie” who keeps buying more and more products without fully applying the program to the nth degree, and then become disappointed with your lack of progress and change?

Are you studying the resources you buy or are you doing what the majority of people do – buy a product, read or listen to it a bit, and then get distracted by other bright sparkling shiny objects that offer promise and hope?

Some people… many people… buy a product because of the hope and promise it gives them “in the moment”.  It’s a temporary emotional “fix” or palliative just in the “act of buying”.

Then they don’t apply it adequately, get distracted, aren’t prepared to go the full distance, expect the product by sheer “ownership” to fix their lives.  And then they say – “see, this doesn’t work either, I knew it, I told you so…”  The cycle continues…

Or, do you jump right in and devour every morsel, every message, every last lesson, go over it, over and over, and get the absolute maximum value and mileage from the programs you pursue?

Do you take notes on what you can immediately apply in your life?  What do you immediately apply, and keep on applying?  Do you do the daily practice each and everyday, unwaveringly?

Do you have a dream life that you would love to come true, but keep it balanced with what you know you need to do to make it happen – invest in yourself, take action etc?

Why would you spend money on Audio Self Help programs and not do all you can to recoup your investment, and then some more, to get your economies of scale, mileage etc., eh?

OK, to get the most out of your Audio Self Help programs, you need to:

1.  Make a strong commitment to getting the most, extracting every morsel out of your Audio Self Help program.

2.  Have a clear vision and specific goals of what you need to do to enhance your life.  Goal setting is an absolute necessity to continue your own lifelong growth process.

Don’t just hope for the best, but Plan for the Best!…

3.  Be realistic and realize there will be ups and downs, but you need to just keep at it, and really focused.  Changing your life circumstances takes time, and you’ve got to stay in there committed and focused for the long haul.

Accept that Success takes work, time and effort…

4.  You must Apply the Lessons, and you must Take Action!  There are no shortcuts.

5.  Watch your Focus in thoughts, words and actions.  Be aware of your thought and language patterns…

6.  You can’t expect one Audio Self Help product to be the answer to it ALL, everything you need to know.  To think otherwise is just simply not realistic.

You need to be a committed student and choose the best that suit your needs.  Then study them carefully, and apply, apply, apply… repeat, repeat, repeat… reinforce, reinforce, reinforce…

There are so many aspects to achieving the Life You Desire – that if you don’t take time to continually learn, you’re setting yourself up for major disappointment and failure.

If you’re serious about Self Improvement, you have to know it’s a process – one that requires ongoing learning, training, investing in information products, mentors, mastermind groups, and an insatiable thirst for knowledge and improvement.

7.  Evaluate and Adjust as needed.

The biggest and most important investment you can make is in YOURSELF, not only in terms of spending some dollars on Audio Self Help programs, but also in the TIME and COMMITMENT you make to APPLYING these resources to achieve a better quality life for yourself.

I myself am a lifelong student of Self Help / Self Improvement.  I will never stop learning and investing in my Life Journey…

But I do so mindfully, very selectively, and commit my all self to applying the particular program.

Keep a close eye out for my upcoming Audio Self Help program product reviews.  I’m looking forward to sharing them with you.

Wishing You Much Success!
